Our effective network of local branches and regional project companies together ensures strong national coverage. Unica Building Services branches focus on the management and maintenance of technical installations, serving both local and national clients. Their regional presence allows them to respond quickly to customer needs while also collaborating on a larger scale. Unica Building Projects' regional project companies are responsible for larger new-build and renovation projects. They combine technical expertise with professional project management and operate from four strategic regions in the Netherlands. This combination of local involvement and national strength ensures reliable and efficient execution of technical projects, regardless of size or location.
In addition to its regionally operating branches and project companies, Unica has a network of nationally operating specialised clusters. These are independently operating companies in which all knowledge of specific engineering specialisms is combined. These companies are active in areas such as fire protection, security management, (renewable) energy, datacenters, industrial solutions, measurement and control technology, ICT and office automation, building automation, energy procurement and industrial automation. These Unica companies work closely with the regional Unica branches to provide their services.
Unica's Business Services departments provide services to our operating companies in the areas of Finance & Business Control, Procurement & Supply Chain, Facility Management, HRM, Legal, Information Management, QHSE, Risk & ESG and Marketing, Communication & Commerce.
